Timberland Pro ® Thermal Force 8" inch Waterproof Insulated Leather Work Boots are crafted using Goodyear welt construction for cold working conditions. Some of the features that you will find on the inside of these steel toe men's leather work boots are 3M Thinsulate ™ Zone insulation for warmth without bulk, a Reflexion ® aluminized barrier that reflects radiant heat back to the foot, and an insulated steel toe cap. On the outside, a Ladder Lock ™ outsole radius and a Timberland Pro® rubber Ice Trax cold formula outsole. The Ice Trax outsole remains flexible longer in cold temperatures and has enhanced traction for frosted and iced surfaces.
