COMMENTS: I did not get these boots to wear them for their intended purpose of working in a place with electrical hazards, etc.
I got these boots to be my snow and rain boots, as well as occasionally casual. They just don't make good utilitarian shoes for girls. Come on, Uggs in a blizzard?
I have yet to break them in so I can't review them completely accurately. The first time I wore them they did a number on my heels, but that happens every single time I get a new pair of boots. You could manage to have no problems breaking them in.
These boots are very well made- I imagine that they could last for years of wear, based on the soles and stitching.
They are extremely comfortable! Normally I don't think of work boots as comfortable, but these have two layers of cushioning, and one of them is memory foam. Good if you're going to be standing around in them all day.
They are a little more brown in reality than the photo.
I recommend these!
**It's a good idea to order these half a size smaller than your shoe size.**
BOTTOM LINE: recommended
