I was disappointed in the return policy. My order qualified for free shipping. However, I had to return the jeans due to a size issue and was disappointed that a "shipping" fee was deducted from the refund. I do a lot of on line shopping and this is the first time this has ever happened. Probably will not shop with this company again.

These Levis are the jeans my hubby loves: a looser fit, plenty roomy, starch up nicely. It is hard to find his size AND a variety of colors in any one department store. We found these online priced as low as any sale I have seen in local ads. We ordered 2 dark blue and two black. (He has a lot of faded light ones.) They arrived promptly, exactly what we ordered, and no mall trip! :-) He especially likes the black ones--they have a more dressy look than the blue color.

I wear them everyday. I bought three pair so I can rotate them and keep them clean. I love the color of fresh blue jeans. These are perfect and they feel great. They are soft even after line drying. They fit as good after a bunch of washes as when they just arrived. The only jeans I ever wear.

I've been buying 550's for 20 years, so I know the product well. I purchased four pairs of them in a 38/36 on this first order with Super Casuals. All four came labelled as 38/36, but only two of them actually were. One was a 36 waist, and the other had an inseam longer than 36 - probably 38 or 40. I don't blame Super Casuals for this, since the product was labelled incorrectly. However, I am dissapointed in the lack of quality control from Levi's.

My husband is 6'3 and slender. His size 36 x 36 is impossible to find in retail stores in Chicago. The 36 inch waist is available everywhere, but not with a 36 inch inseam. The big and tall shops carry clothing for BIG men so the waist on the 36 inch inseam is only available in larger sizes. I was elated to find these Levi's online at a great price. We ordered the same jeans in all four colors and the fit is fantastic.

I like the 35inch waist. Its darn near impossible to find in stores. But, as time goes by Levi's denim gets thinner and thinner and the zippers are getting VERY unreliable. LL Bean makes a much better pair but they do cost a little more.
