Because I am just 5'5", i wear slim cut clothing (baggy styles make me look like I'm wearing big brother's hand me downs). So I always loved Levis classic 512 slim cut jeans - and when they were discontinued, I mourned. Yay! I found these on the net - but when I tried them on...not so hot. They really aren't "slim cut" or "tapered", but rather the looser "boot cut" style, with wider legs. I still had to have them tailored for a slimmer silhouette.

I ride a Harley for recreation and this jean is perfect. I'm 6'5", 215 so the slim does me good! Fits well & allows for good range of motion for steering, shifting, etc. Also, it's getting cold here in New England & my chaps fit nicely over the jeans - not bulky. I own 8/10 pairs of jeans - lots of different makes - and looked at all the brands for new riding jeans. (Old ones just wore out!) After lots of testing & trying, these are my favorite for riding.
