I like being in back country out in rough terrain, up here in the mountians of Montana you need a boot that will go through anything and has great grip, they keep my feet dry and are great for hunting.

COMMENTS:
Great boot. My last pair wore out after years and I tried Danner. Their fit was horrible and they felt cheap. I went back to Corcoran and will not go anywhere else. I am going to order a second pair this week as a back-up. These are also good boots for the South Florida climate.

SERVICE COMMENTS
They do not keep the boot in stock and have to order from corcoran. I paid for 2nd day air, but had to wait awhile. Seems like a small operation, but I will do business with again.

I am a law Enforcement officer in South Florida. This is a great boot in high heat. It keeps a great shine and looks tough...Whether jumping fences, or sitting in the office typing reports, this is a great boot.

SERVICE COMMENTS
I paid for 2 day air. They have to order it from Corcoran and then it ships later from the factory. Don't be in a hurry to get this boot.

COMMENTS:
The foot size seemed true to fit on these boots, but the uppers on them were just way too large. When laced, there was no gap remaining between the laces and they were loose fitting from my ankles up. I had to wear extra socks with the toes cut off as padding to make them fit my lower leg correctly. You can't tell it from the photos, but only the toes can be polished to a spit shine; something I was very disappointed with. The rest of the leather has a grain to it that dulls it. I almost returned them for that reason as no one will see you both coming and going. A minor detail perhaps, but I also had to trim unsightly flash away from the vibram soles. The soles also seemed to lack cushioning, making them tiresome to stand in. Overall, I was disappointed in these boots and would have spent more for a better quality pair if I'd known what I was getting.

Great boot. Looks good, wears well, does what I need it to do. The only flaw are the laces, which make it slow to take on or off. Speed laces or lock laces would make it perfect.

These boots did NOT need a break-in period. I've worn combat boots since 1974 and these are by far the most comfortable boots I've had. They take a shine, have a classic combat boot look, and are a great bargain.

nice finish on these and a high comfort level. only break-in discomfort was ankle rub on the right but it was minimal.
