COMMENTS:
I use these pants to work around our farm. They have been great! As do most of the carhartt's they do fade when washed (My husbands do the same thing). But these are not the type of fashionable pants you are really worried about fading they are meant to take abuse and do they ever! I crawl through the dirt, climb our chicken coop, stomp through the mud and they hold up. No matter what I do they are holding up well. I still give this product 5 stars and they do fit to size, but for me I am used to wearing things lower on my waist, these are mom jean style. I do not like anything riding so high and when I do work in them they rub my belly red in a small spot. Next time I would order a size bigger but this is a personal preference. Just thought I would still share.

COMMENTS:
I feel downright invincible in these pants and imagine that when it comes time to wade into the local wild raspberry patch the thorns will be like they're not there. Two criticisms, though: 1) When I put my belt through the extra loops my undies ride up (but not when I use the standard loops), and 2) I felt good about buying these pants because I thought they were made in the US, but the label says they were made in Mexico. What a disappointment! Isn't ANYTHING made in the US anymore?
