Love the coat, hate the sleeves
COMMENTS: I really like this coat, except the arms are way too big. They need to be tapered towards the forearm and wrist. They are at least 15 inches in diameter. I am a BIG guy, Nobodies arms and wrists are this big around. I am embarrassed to wear it. SERVICE COMMENTS Not happy with return policy, it would have cost me too much to return, so I am going to live with the poor fit. Maybe see if I can get someone to alter it for me. I doubt I will be purchasing here again. Sad to say, because it is hard to find my size. BOTTOM LINE: not recommended

Superb Quality
COMMENTS: This coat replaced an identical one (except for color) that simply started showing its age after much use. I laundered that one and gave it to the local Clothes Cupboard, as it was still in great working order: zipper, velcro, pockets, etc.I'm sure it is serving someone very well. My husband wears this new Carhartt for Everyday chores at our apartments. We live in a rural area, so it is also appropriate to wear to the local Coffee Shop on Cold Days. This is the first time we have purchased the darker color. I have not yet laundered the coat, so will be anxious to see how dk brown holds up. BOTTOM LINE: recommended
