The Carhartt’s Sandstone Quilt Lined Waist Overall external pant is made of incredibly strong 12-ounce cotton sandstone duck and is lined with quilted polyester for superior warmth. Their relaxed fit and lower than average waist offer as much as comfort as they do protection from the elements.

Amazingly Strong

Exceedingly durable, their triple stitched seams, chap-style double knee panels, and reinforced pockets ensure that these overalls will see you through your toughest tasks. Ankles to thigh zippers allow you to control ventilation while Cordura kick panels at the leg opening easily accommodate your favorite pair of work boots. COMMENTS:
I ordered 2 pair. One pair was irregular while the other pair were not. The irregular were a little big (big enough to wear over a pair of jeans) while the regular pair fit perfect. As a geologist, I am in the field throughout the winter months and these pants work better than wearing flannel-lined jeans because they are much warmer. They are also much more maneuverable than normal Carhartt bibs or coveralls. Overall, I'm glad I have both that fit a little different. On subfreezing days with high wind, I wear them over my pants, on normal winter days, I wear them over my boxer shorts and remain warm all day.

they saved my son from being cut by his chain saw. they are thick and protected him..Thank you they are great for when you are cutting wood. not bulky like coveralls but warm.
