It has polyester mesh lining along with 100% nylon taffeta in the sleeves for easy in and out access. Interior stretch-polyester storm cuffs add extra protection from the cold. A right chest map pocket with waterproof zipper closure, two lower-front pockets with zipper closure and storm flaps, and two inside pockets with hook-and-loop closures keep documents and valuables dry and safe.
